MetroColumbus Christian Job Corps is all about a hand up for men and women.  The purpose of Christian Job Corps®, a ministry of WMU (Woman's Missionary Union), is to provide a Christian context in which women and men in need are equipped for life and employment, and a missions context in which women help women and men help men.  This program is completely free.

Because of COVID, there are currently no in-person classes scheduled at our training location.  Virtual classes are coming and will be announced.  Check back on the website for updates.

How Can I help MCCJC?

  • Become a prayer partner. Commit to pray daily for specific needs from MCCJC.
  • Meet a physical need: provide/collect items such as Bibles, office supplies, interview clothing, personal hygiene items, teaching supplies, or cleaning supplies.
  • Contribute financially: no gift is too small!
  • Volunteer: volunteer opportunities include, but are not limited to - mentoring, teaching one of our classes, tutoring, leading a Bible study, or encouraging the other volunteers.
  • Sponsor an activity: supply small gifts to those completing life-skills classes, collect skin care and makeup supplies, help secure back-to-school supplies for family members, help brighten a holiday, or host a special event.
  • Upgrade computers: collect/donate new/gently used computers, software, printers, scanners, and paper.
