MCCJC’S Pre-Employment/Life Skills Training  

 

This is an 8-week course divided into four-parts that prepares students for the job market. It equips her/him with information to be more self-aware so she/he knows her/his abilities, skills, and talents and what jobs likely align with her/his natural strengths. It also provides the student with insight into gaining emotional intelligence, so she/he can be self-aware, show more empathy, and have self-control.  The course also teaches conflict management skills.
